A refund to any investor is issued only in the case of non-subscription of any given fund, for example, if you have deposited $100 in your wallet for a subscription but before buying any units of a given fund you realized that the given investment tool is not suitable for you, in that case, the user can ask for a full refund without any deduction*.
A refund is not possible in the case of subscribed users, knowingly, or accidental.
